Terms & Conditions for Wakatipu
Hideaway

Full
payment is required to hold a reservation. If a cancellation is made up to
28 days prior to arrival date, then up to 15% of the payment will be kept as
a cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs within 28 days of arrival
time, then up to 25% of the payment will be kept as a cancellation fee.

Payment
is to be made by direct deposit (cheque by prior arrangement). Reservations will not be confirmed until
funds have cleared the bank. If cheque is drawn on a bank other than a New Zealand
bank, a cheque fee may apply.

We
accept payment in NZ$, US$ and AU$. Please enquire and we will try to
accommodate your preferred payment option.

Animals,
pets, smoking, incense burning or other open flames are not permitted.

It
is expected that you will care for Wakatipu Hideaway as you would your own
home. Please leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition.

We
will make every effort to accommodate every arrival and departure time. Please
advise us of your requirements and any special considerations.
