Terms

For
the benefit of all our guests, Almyra is a pet-free non-smoking
environment.
-
Almyra
is not suitable for very young children.
-
It
is expected that our guests will treat Almyra as you would your own
home. Please leave it in a reasonably tidy condition on departure.
-
A
20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with
the balance being due at least 15 days before arrival. Payment by
direct bank (telegraphic) transfer or cheque. We anticipate having a
secure internet credit card booking facility available, shortly. Reservations will not be confirmed until funds have cleared the
bank. When a provisional reservation has been made it will be held
for 7 days. If we do not receive confirmation of your booking within
this time, we regret that your reservation may be cancelled.

We
will make every effort to accommodate any arrival and departure
time. Please advise us of your requirements and anticipated arrival
time.

Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival,
there will be a forfeit of 50% of the booking price; cancellation
within 2 days of arrival will incur 100% forfeit of booking price.
